For the New Year TriMat has put together a Technical Support "LOOP" for all of our clients. The "LOOP" is an e-mailing list which you can subscribe to here or by sending an e-mail to JOIN-TECHSUPPORT@LOOP.TRIMAT.COM Once subscribed, the user can send e-mail to the "LOOP" (techsupport@loop.trimat.com) and that e-mail will be forwarded on to all subscribers as an e-mail message. All subscribers will have the ability to reply to questions, comments and issues raised on the LOOP. All messages sent will be archived on our web site so that any user can login and browse the initial question and the associated responses. Our goal is to open the channel of communication between all of our users and also between users and TriMat. Our hope is that all users will take advantage of this shared resource to ask questions, share ACCPAC successes (and failures) and, in general, know that they're not alone. |
